No, it is free to register with Bridal Vantage™.

Registration is open to anyone. However, Bridal Vantage™ only deals in US currency.

How will my cash gifts be delivered?
All cash gifts will be deposited into your Bridal Vantage™ account. Funds will then be sent to the gift recipient(s) via check.

When will I receive my Bridal Vantage™ cash gift check(s)?
You can request a payment check lump sum payment check when it time to “cash out” the registry. This is done by the registrants request either before or after the event.

How long is my Bridal Vantage™ account good for?  When will it expire?
The cash from the registry account will need to be withdrawn within the first 11 months after your event date. The registry itself it active for 12 months after the scheduled event dates.

How soon will my registry be available to those who would like to give a gift?
Once you have completed your registration, your Bridal Vantage™ registry will be available immediately.

Will I know how much money each person has given me?
Yes, usually. Your online account management tools will allow you to track when and what each person has gifted. However, gift givers do have the option of giving anonymously.

Do my friends and family need a password to access my Bridal Vantage™ registry?
Your friends and family do not need a password to access your Bridal Vantage™ registry. However you do have the option to set up a “Guest Password” on the Registry page if you choose to do so. Typically they will just search for your registry by typing in your first and last name.

How do I let my friends and family know that I have registered with Bridal Vantage™?
There are a couple of ways to notify friends and family about your Bridal Vantage™ registry. One way is to use our e-mail invite feature by going to the “
Forward Your List to Friends and Family”, link and then following the directions.

Also, as a courtesy, Bridal Vantage™ sends you complimentary tissue inserts that read: “Registered with Bridal Vantage™,” which includes our web address. These tasteful and convenient inserts work well when sent with an invitation.

Is there a minimum amount that needs to be gifted to my Bridal Vantage™ registry?
Yes, the minimum gift is $50.

No, gift givers can purchase as much as they would like to give to you at one time.

How do I give a cash gift?
On the Bridal Vantage™ “Find a Registry” page, enter the registrant’s name. You will see what items they have registered to receive. At the time you can add to your cart the cash item that you would like to send to them and the quantity that you would like to purchase.
Example: The registrant requests (5) $100.00 cash gifts or $500.00. You can purchase any amount of the $500.00. If you choose to purchase (2) $100.00 cash gifts your contribution would be $ 200.00 towards the registrants $500.00 goal.

Is there a fee to give a gift?
Yes, there is an 8% processing fee added to each gift that is given.

Do I need to have a credit card to give a gift?
Yes, you do need to have a credit card to give a gift. Gifts can also be given with a debit card as long as it carries the MasterCard or Visa Logo. All credit card and/or debit card transactions are processed securely through our account at

How will my friend or loved one know I have given a gift?
Registered users can see who has sent a gift and how much they have sent when they log onto their account online. You also have the option of sending a personal note to accompany your gift.

How will returns be handled?
The Bridal Vantage™ Gift Cash Registry provides for a lump sum distribution by check either before, or after the scheduled event. It is set up this way so that the registrant can set goals and receive cash gifts to meet these goals for various events in their lives. That being the case, returns can be made up to a week before the scheduled event, or a week before the registrants scheduled “cash out”, which ever date comes first. We are not liable for return requests once the return period has passed. The processing fee is non-refundable.

Example 1: Wedding date of June 30th with July 16th cash out date. All returns would need to requested by June 23rd.

Example 2: Wedding date of June 30th with June 23trd cash out date. All returns would need to requested by June 16th.
